What is the return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Custom apparel and design orders are not eligible for returns
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the Contact Us form and reference your order number.
What are the shipping and delivery options?
All items are shipped from San Jose, CA.
If you’re local and would like to pick up your order, please select the Local Pick-Up option and enter your desired pickup date and time in the notes. To guarantee inventory accuracy for all customers, your order must be picked up within 72 hours of placement.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 11:59PM EST will be shipped on the following business day, via the method and shipping speed selected at checkout.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please use the Contact Us form and reference your order number to request any changes to an existing order.
